How do I place an order?

On the website www.freskoa.store you can order our gastronomic products from the Basque Country for delivery in mainland France excluding Corsica

Follow the steps below:

1/ Select the products by clicking on the Add to cartbutton

You can choose to search for our products via the menu or via the search function. For example, if you want to see all the Basque biscuits from Maison Miettes to choose your favourite flavour, type "biscuits maison miettes" and the entire range of artisanal biscuits from this producer will be displayed.


2/ Display your basket by clicking on the Basketbutton


3/ Launch the 4-step ordering process by clicking on the Orderbutton


Follow the instructions on the screen.

Attention: make sure to select the delivery method according to the nature of the products:

  • Fresh products: e.g. Basque cake, anchovy fillets, smoked bonito, etc., necessarily involve Chronofresh express delivery
  • Dry goods and cellar & drinks: for example a bottle of txakoli or Irouleguy, Basque shortbread, Basque olive oil, etc. can be sent by standard DPD Predict delivery or Chronopost 13 express delivery
