COMPOSITION OF THE GOURMET BOX FRESKOA BASK'BOX
Your box consists of 4 to 7 artisanal products from the Basque Country. Fresh products, delicatessen products but also wines, beers, ciders... and other non-alcoholic drinks can be included in the FRESKOA BASK'BOX. You will have the pleasure of discovering its composition at each reception.

You are free to determine the frequency of delivery of your FRESKOA BASK'BOX, you can choose to receive it weekly, every 2 weeks or every month for example. To do this, click on subscribe and select how often you would like to receive the delivery. Then click on add to cart.
FRESKOA BASK'BOXes are automatically delivered according to your schedule. Without commitment, change or cancel your subscription whenever you want. They are treated like a classic order. In this context you have the same rights of withdrawal as for a classic order as described in the GTC that you can consult at https://freskoa.store/policies/terms-of-sale

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO THE FRESKOA BASK'BOXYou can easily manage your subscription to the FRESKOA BASK'BOX from your FRESKOA customer account in the "Manage subscriptions" section.
Suspending your subscription :
Are you going on holiday, on a business trip or just want to take a break? You can easily skip/suspend a shipment at any time. You can easily suspend your subscription from your FRESKOA customer account.
Cancelling your subscription:
Subscribers can deactivate their subscription at any time. Please note that deactivating your subscription only prevents your subscription from renewing in the future; it does not cancel orders already placed. Subscription deactivations must be made at least 1 day before your subscription renewal date. If your renewal date is the 21st of each month, the 20th is the last day to cancel so that you are not charged for the next month's delivery.
Your first delivery will be invoiced at the end of your order. A recurring payment will then be renewed on the date of dispatch of your new BOX Gourmande according to the frequency you have chosen 1, 2, 3 ... weeks from the date of the initial subscription order. For example, if your order is placed on July 1st, the first payment will be made at the time of the order on July 1st. The following month, if you have chosen a monthly frequency, another payment will be made on the date of dispatch of your BOX Gourmande on 1 August.

DELIVERY OF YOUR GOURMET BOX AT HOME
The delivery of your BOX Gourmande is ensured by DPD Predict or Chronofresh according to its composition. The usual delivery time is 48 hours for DPD Predict and 24 hours for Chronofresh. For more information, please consult our shipping policy.
The delivery of your FRESKOA BASK'BOX is ensured by chronofresh 13 to guarantee the respect of the cold chain when it is composed of fresh products. The usual delivery time is 24 hours with delivery before 1pm. For more information, please consult our shipping policy.
