Your wine box consists of 2 bottles of Basque wine. You will have the pleasure of discovering its composition each time you receive your box. Each month we select for you two wines from the different wine appellations of the Basque Country: Irouleguy, Navarra, Txakoli, Rioja Alavesa. The Discovery Wine Box corresponds to the first level of our wine box range: Amateur Wine Box and Passion Wine Box complete this box range.

Your Wine - Discovery boxes are automatically delivered according to your schedule. No commitment, change or cancel your subscription whenever you want.

Subscriptions :

You are free to determine the frequency of delivery of your Wine - Discovery BOX, you can choose to receive it monthly, every two months or every three months for example. To do this, click on subscribe and select the frequency with which you would like to receive your delivery. Then click on add to cart.

Offer :

To do this, you simply need to specify a different billing address from the delivery address when you place your order. Invoices are never attached to the Wine - Discovery boxes. Be sure to indicate the telephone number of the person who will receive the parcel and to indicate your e-mail and not that of the recipient.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO THE WINE DISCOVERY BOX

You can easily manage your subscription to the Wine - Discovery BOX from your FRESKOA customer account in the "Manage subscriptions" section.

Suspending your subscription :

Are you going on holiday, on a business trip or just want to take a break? You can easily skip/suspend a shipment at any time. You can easily suspend your subscription from your FRESKOA customer account.

Cancelling your subscription:

Subscribers can deactivate their subscription at any time. Please note that deactivating your subscription only prevents your subscription from renewing in the future; it does not cancel orders already placed. Subscription deactivations must be made at least 1 day before your subscription renewal date. If your renewal date is the 21st of each month, the 20th is the last day to cancel so that you are not charged for the next month's delivery.

Payments :

Your first delivery will be invoiced at the end of your order. A recurring payment will then be renewed on the date of dispatch of your new Wine - Discovery BOX according to the frequency you have chosen 1, 2, 3 ...months from the date of the initial subscription order. For example, if your order is placed on July 1, the first payment will be made at the time of the order on July 1. The following month, if you have chosen a monthly frequency, another payment will be made on the date of dispatch of your Wine - Discovery BOX on 1 August.
