Our smoking process - based on traditional techniques - gives the smoked fish an original texture and an exquisite taste. It is cooled with natural smoke from fine untreated wood, packed immediately to ensure quality, without colouring or preservatives of any kind.
Our smoked fish varieties
Our smoked fish collection consists of smoked Baigorry trout, smoked anchovies from Getaria, smoked bonito or smoked white tuna and smoked mackerel. We particularly appreciate our smoked fish at aperitif time. Enjoy your meal!
