Colour :
The white Albedo is characterised by a discreet straw colour.
Nose :
Candied fruit and citrus fruits are prominent in Brana's Albedo.
Mouth :
The Albedo offers a beautiful attack with great amplitude. A tense and mineral finish.
Service :
To be consumed between 10 and 12°C.
Food and wine pairing :
The Albedo white wine from the Brana estate is ideal as an aperitif, with fish or shellfish, but also with Basque cheeses.

Petit Courbu 50%, Petit Manseng 50%.
DEVELOPMENT
Harvested by hand. Cold stabulation, conservation on lees. Fermentation at 20/25°C. Racking and clarification as soon as the first cold weather arrives. Bottled in the spring without fining.
LAND
The soil is composed of micaceous sandstone from the Triassic period.
SITUATION
The BRANA estate covers 20 hectares in the municipalities of Ispoure, Bussunaritz and Lecumbery. 70% of the vineyard is planted on narrow terraces on slopes with an average gradient of 65°.
