The William pears come from the surrounding orchards. This proximity and the relationship that the Brana estate maintains with its tree growers allow for a fine selection of fruit.
DEVELOPMENT OF THE BRANA PEAR
The Brana pears, having reached their best degree of ripeness, are fermented in vats. The pear wine is then stored in an airtight environment before distillation. The distillation is carried out in red copper stills, a process that allows them to carry out strict controls that are very favourable to the quality and finesse of the Brana pear brandy.
BREEDING OF THE BRANA PEAR
Brana pear brandy is aged in vats to preserve the freshness of the fruit. The evolution of the essences is periodically observed until the moment of optimum maturity for bottling. All that remains is for you to enjoy your favourite Brana pear brandy.
