  Colour :

  The Etxegaraya rosé wine has a salmon colour.

   

  Nose :

  The nose is predominantly white fruit, this Irouleguy rosé from the Etxegaraya estate is floral, with aniseed notes.

   

  Mouth :

  This Irouleguy rosé from the Etxegaraya estate has a tonic attack with a fresh and aromatic finish.

  Service :

  To be consumed at 14°C.

  Manual harvesting. Vinification in vats. Aged on lees for 7 months.

   

  LAND

  Two types of soil are present on the Etxegaraya estate: Triassic micaceous sandstone and Ophites.

   

  SITUATION

  The Etxegaraya estate covers just over 5 hectares where Cabernet Franc, Tannat and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are grown. The vineyard is planted 70% on terraces and 30% on hillsides.

  The estate is located in the heart of the Northern Basque Country within the Irougeleguy appellation. For the 2019 vintage, the Etxegaraya estate in the Baïgorry Valley has joined forces with the Brana estate to offer this "Domaine Etchegaraya rosé 2019" vintage.
