ORIGIN
Variety used: only William.
William pears come from the surrounding orchards. This proximity and the relationship that the Bran estate has with its tree growers allow a fine selection of fruit.
DEVELOPMENT
The pears that have reached their best degree of maturity are fermented in vats. The pear wine is then stored in an airtight place before distillation. The distillation is carried out in red copper stills, a process that allows them to carry out strict controls that are very favourable to the quality and finesse of the eau de vie.
BREEDING
William pear brandy is aged in vats to preserve the freshness of the fruit. The evolution of the essences is periodically observed until the moment of optimum maturity for bottling.
