ORIGINE GIN BRANA WITH ESPELETTE PEPPER

The Espelette chilli pepper is the only spicy chilli pepper to be produced in France and has a PDO classification. In Basque, Espeletako biperra takes its name from the town of Espelette.

Once macerated, the ingredients of the recipe are distilled in small batches in a copper still.
