Cabernet Franc 40%, Cabernet-Sauvignon 10%, Tannat 50%.
LAND
The soil is composed of micaceous sandstone from the Triassic period in the municipality of Ispoure and limestone in Bussunaritz.
ELABORATION
Hand-picked and sorted, totally de-stemmed, vinified in vats by grape variety and separate plots. Maceration for 13 to 22 days. Malolactic fermentation in vats, aged in barrels of 2 to 5 wines for 12 months.
SITUATION
The BRANA estate covers 20 hectares in the municipalities of Ispoure, Bussunaritz and Lecumbery. 70% of the vineyard is planted on narrow terraces on slopes with an average gradient of 65°.
