Early oil of limited production that is available only during the harvest season. Once extracted, it is quickly packaged without filtration in order to benefit from an oil with a high concentration of polyphenols (natural antioxidants).

TASTING

Taste Fruity green with intense tones of vegetables, tomato branches and artichokes. It is also reminiscent of sweet fruit, especially green bananas. On the palate it has a sweetness and a medium spicy bitterness, very well balanced.

ORIGIN

Grown and elaborated on the estate in Navarra.

Vegetables and sauces (mayonnaise, aioli, etc.)
