TASTING

Taste Fruity green with intense tones of vegetables, tomato branches and artichokes. It is also reminiscent of sweet fruit, especially green bananas. In the mouth it has a sweetness and a medium spicy bitterness, very well balanced.

ORIGIN

A variety from the Ebro valley, in the village of Arbeca (Lleida). Grown and elaborated on the estate in Navarre.

WEDDINGS

This oil is particularly suitable for sauces, vegetable dishes and also for tomato-based dishes (salads, gazpacho, salmorejo, etc.).
