Harvested early, it has a very intense herbaceous aroma with notes of red fruit. It goes well with citrus fruits (orange), salads and blue fish such as red tuna.

TASTING

Intense green fruit with hints of aromatic herbs and red fruit (raspberry, redcurrant). On the palate, it has a medium-high bitterness, with a medium spiciness.

ORIGIN

A variety from Greece, from the north of Crete and the southwest of the Peloponnese. Grown and elaborated on the estate in Navarre.
