TASTING

Intense green fruit with hints of aromatic herbs and red fruit (raspberry, redcurrant). On the palate, it has a medium-high bitterness, with a medium spiciness.

ORIGIN

A variety from Greece, from the north of Crete and the southwest of the Peloponnese. Grown and elaborated on the estate in Navarre.
