Colour :

Brilliant, straw colour with golden reflections

Candied pineapple, subtle notes of toasted bread, white flowers, smoked

Frank and harmonious. A very vinous but nevertheless tonic vintage.

As an aperitif, with fish and shellfish.

DEVELOPMENT

Manual harvesting. Maturing on beds. Fermentation at 20°C. Bottled in spring without fining.

 

LAND

The soil is composed of micaceous sandstone from the Triassic period.

 

SITUATION

The Brana estate covers 20 hectares in the municipalities of Ispoure, Bussunaritz and Lecumberry. 70% of the vineyard is planted on narrow terraces on slopes with an average gradient of 65%.
