TASTING
Quantity Approximately 12 to 15 g per Litre (i.e. a very large tablespoon!) or + or - if you prefer!
5-10 minutes (time to read a chapter or two of your current book!)
Water temperature: 100 °C, that's the temperature of the water in your kettle...not the temperature of the tasting :)
Recommendation: Store in a cool, dry place and consume quickly after opening.
