TASTING

Colour: Greenish yellow, bright, with fine natural bubbles

Nose: Citric aromas and fresh apple. Mineral notes

Palate: Characteristic acidity and sparkle in the mouth. Fresh and fruity.

Food and wine pairing: As an aperitif, with fish, shellfish and white meats.

ELABORATION

White Txakolí made with the native variety Ondarrabi Zuri (Courbu), from our vineyards in Getaria. Hand-picked at the beginning of October. Temperature-controlled vinification in stainless steel tanks. Elaboration on lees until bottling.
